  • Capstone of a 10-plus year client relationship with Blackstone.
  • Led motion design and hands-on execution for Blackstone brand conferences and flagship event experiences, serving investor and C-suite audiences from previz development through delivery of comprehensive motion graphics packages for complex staged LED environments, often spanning two or three walls with unique resolutions, nonplanar angles, and varied stage depths.
  • Designed and operated scalable motion production systems, delivering hundreds of motion assets per event, with reusable templates, version tracking, technical specifications, workflow documentation, and vendor delivery protocols.
  • Bridged creative, production, and cross-functional implementation teams from concept through delivery, directing freelance motion artists, coordinating with external technical and playback vendors, and in-house stakeholders.
  • Initiated AI-assisted media production workflows, researching and vetting emerging tools, identifying practical production uses, and creating proof-of-concept demonstrations for senior leadership.
  • Built templates as Premiere Pro and MOGRT assets and developed production standards that improved workflow efficiency, asset consistency, delivery reliability, and future scalability.
  • Day-to-day craft: conceptual design and direction, visual effects (cleanup, object removal/placement, rotoscoping, shot rescue), previz, 3D and compositing, color (in-camera and in-person fidelity, post-production correction and grading), webinar asset generation.
